Co-leader of department process improvement initiative. Reviewed specific processes with in the department, analyzed, found opportunities and implemented improvements to processes. Volunteered to chair one of the “Critical 9” safety programs for Plant City facility. Wrote new safety program for the facility, and sought other volunteers to comprise the 6 member team. Collected and maintained all records and daily inspection sheets for all equipment covered in the safety program, and conducted bi-annual audits of the program. Reported finding to organizations Safety Manager. Secured certification from Caterpillar for Train the Trainer and certified all applicable personnel.
