    I was the lead customer support report for an IBM Business Partner specializing in manufacturing and MAPICS software. Main duties were: technical support for our marketing people as well as clients, MAPICS installation, MAPICS training, customization of MAPICS as required by the client, customer programming as required to extract and use the MAPICS database in various inquiries and reports needed by clients. All programming was done on IBM System/36, System/38, and AS/400 utilizing various versions of RPG.
