I have always have an optimistic and positve attitude because I love what I do...exceed sales goals. I find a combination of understanding what the cutomer needs are, and matching up the product to address those needs.
It also applies to management finding out what the employees goals are and what the companies are and combining the two goals to satisfy both. When I am not selling I enjoy fishing and billards with my family.

I have received numerous sales coarses, Dale Carnigie Sales, Xerox listeng classes, and won the best score out of 323 sales reps for a coarse on call reluctance. I have also lead many classes as well.
