I have known Bob Timper since August of 1999.

I worked with Bob at AT&T from 08/1999 through 03/2003 on various teams supporting customer issues regarding data , telephony and pbx , including installation and maintenance.

I have always known Bob as an exemplary employee. He always went above and beyond in performing his responsibilities, sharing his knowledge with the team and being innovative in creating more efficient ways/tools of performing tasks to help reduce workload for others.

I would have no hesitation in hiring and/or working with Bob on my team again.

Sincerely,
Larry Volker

Re: Letter of Recommendation for Robert Timper

Robert Timper joined our Network management Center at Nortel in July 2008 as a network surveillance technician. He held this position for approximately 5 months as a contractor.

During this time Robert has provided nothing but sterling performance in that capacity. He performed his duties very well. He was very responsive, open to feedback and filled an integral role in helping us meet our contractual obligations.

Robert worked well with his peers and displayed a very mild-mannered and professional disposition at all times.

I would not hesitate to recommend Robert for your consideration.

Sincerely
