files per company specs & to fulfill SOX compliance.

Marketing Floor, external customer service to numerous
customers in other Anadarko departments (both Corporate
& worldwide) and other companies.
• Sent documents offsite, purged docs according to company
guidelines.
• Created various Excel spreadsheets (added formulas to
others).
• Prepared documents for scanning (bar-coding, putting
labels on files to be scanned/bar-coded) into DRM/DMS
(Corporate Records Database) as of November 2005.
• Assistance with identifying duplicates in new contract
system from 3 old contract systems.
• Made various new folders & typed labels needed,
interfiling, copied binders.
