Founding an electrical contracting company in Toronto, Canada, 19-year-old Ronald Bruce Romberg quickly set out to bring new and innovative ideas into the world and build a sequence of viable businesses for himself and his partners. Ronald Bruce Romberg moved to Florida during the late 1970s and delved into the booming real estate market. At the helm of his own property development company, Ronald Bruce Romberg launched a number of major real estate projects in the South Florida region. Backed by the Biscayne Federal Savings and Loan Association, Ronald Bruce Romberg managed work on a single-family housing development of 178 homes, which exceeded projected returns and sold for a total of $20 million. Now a recognized name in the Florida real estate industry, Ronald Bruce Romberg expanded his operations to include the purchase of raw land and property designated for redevelopment. Working alongside Trammel Crow Company of Dallas, Texas, Ronald Bruce Romberg bought 38 acres in Boca Raton, Florida, which he developed into 700 apartments. Adjoining an area country club, the apartments easily attracted occupants. Ronald Bruce Romberg reaped further success and accolades for his shrewd business ventures, following a purchase of 22 acres in North Miami, which he and the Lennar Corporation turned into 440 apartment units. While maintaining and growing his interests in real estate, Ronald Bruce Romberg branched out into the world of auto sales. In 1982, Ronald Bruce Romberg acquired a BMW and Volvo dealership in Palm Beach, Florida. For the next 2 years, Ronald Bruce Romberg ran the franchise as Palm Beach Imports and earned $40 million per year in sales revenues. As a full service operation, Palm Beach Imports and Ronald Bruce Romberg sold new and used cars, parts, and more. After selling Palm Beach Imports, Ronald Bruce Romberg returned to real estate and spent the next several years developing properties across the nation. Now Owner of First London Financial Services and President of First London International, Ronald Bruce continues his success in the business realm.
