About Me

I currently work within the storage industry, but I am looking to get into human resources. Please consider me for any opportunities. :)

I have a combined 9 years customer service experience. No matter the industry I have encountered, customer service is always the forefront of optimal satisfaction and growth opportunity. I feel internal customer service is under estimated and has a trickle down affect on businesses and positive production. Therefore, I decided to further my education shortly after entering the workforce. My focus is on Human Resources, as that would help me work on the back end of an organization to provide true value as well as assist employers and employees throughout the course of business. With all my years of working with people, I have truly enjoyed the interaction and I feel I can put the relationship building skills I have to best use with assisting organizations to manage a diverse and ever-changing landscape/staff.

I am a very optimistic person, but a realist at the same time. I am team player with a focus on working smarter and not harder. Change is here to stay and I feel my ability to adapt is essential to any organization. I am a highly motivated professional with the ability to multi-task & prioritize effectively; major strengths in organization, attention to details; also an initiator, strategic thinker with effective leadership, analytical and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Detail oriented and proficient at follow up and follow through. I have the ability to speak three languages English (main), Spanish, and Portuguese.
