In February 2003, Shane Hedges embarked on a new journey that would become both a passion and a successful career. Shane Hedges’ first position at a leading national for-profit education company was that of Financial Analyst. From there he was promoted to Managing Director of Education where Shane Hedges was a top executive who was in charge of the design, implementation, execution, and expansion of educational programs. Shane Hedges, an imaginative leader, maintained the balance between profit and quality assurance. Mr. Hedges led a team of 7 senior directors, 73 staff members, and more than 1,000 temporary employees. On an annual basis, Mr. Shane M. Hedges executed 57 programs in 30 U.S. states on 5 of the world’s continents, serving more than 5,000 scholars.

With such significant accomplishments and having proven himself more than capable of handling the demands of the position, Shane Hedges was awarded the role of President. Now, Shane Hedges is charged with aggressively growing the size, scope and intellectual breadth of the company. Shane Hedges utilizes his skills as a natural leader to implement strategic planning that upholds the company’s mission, values, and objectives to continue its success and strive for maintaining its growth. Mr. Shane Hedges leads a team of talented professionals who help maintain the integrity of the company’s operations.

When he is not managing the daily operations, Shane Hedges, a 1996 graduate of American University, spends his free time traveling, reading, and running.
