Hello I'm Shirley Jones-Hall. I am a savvy self-starter with courage and vigor. I have a desire to work long and hard and smart to accomplish the goals of the organization. I have the desire to excel and have been valued for my ability to lead, train, inspire, counsel and coach those whom I have worked with.I am the team player who will lead and follow to accomplish the mission. I am an asset to any organization I have ever worked within. I have several recommendations, as I keep a portfolio of my accomplishments. There are many companies I partnered with, who valued my ability to create win/win situations for us both. I am willing to travel 50% or more and will cheerfully relocate.

I am enthusiastic about my career path and I have positive experience working with several diverse generations and cultures. I have earned a Business Degree in Business Management, from Shaw University (1988), and most recently a Master's Degree in Business (MBA) from UOP (University of Phoenix-2007) I graduated with honors from both universities.

On a more personal note, I am a ZETA of the Mu Lambda ZETA Chapter of PHI BETA Sorority Inc, of Jacksonville, NC.
I enjoy working within my community, especially where we are reaching out to assist those who need scholarly assistance,as that is part of my organization.

I was awarded ZETA of the Year for my work within our organization. I chaired several committees, where I had an opportunity to lay out floor plans for events with 200 plus persons attending, I also was in charge of decorating, creating time-lines for project completions and for supplying contributions for several Z-HOPE projects, where we held fund raising and other community initiatives.
I find community service work rewarding.
