As a Patient Liaison I process patient complaints and compliments and distribute them to other liaisons, on occasion I get involved with risk management, case-management and social work on getting patient issues resolved as an Administrative Assistant, I plan meetings, create presentations, order supplies for three different departments, also management check request, assist with presentations, manage a multiline telphone,assist with special projects and back up the other patient liaisons with patient issues or needs. I have also worked as a Medical Transcriptionist, as patient procedure scheduler, and a patient care assistant.
