·Execute full life-cycle recruitment including name generation, phone screens, behavioral based interviewing, testing, reference and background checks, negotiating the offer, closing the candidate, successfully placing qualified candidates and facilitating new hire paperwork.
·Consistently advise and counsel employees on areas of discipline, policy and procedures, motivation, and development to ensure an efficient and productive quality work environment.
·Work with Executives, focusing on Financial Services, Information Technology, Office Support, Sales/Marketing verticals and strategies in order to secure specific and place qualified candidates.
·Prospect candidates through multiple channels of recruiting including cold calling, attending career fairs, networking, researching client competitor personnel and employee referrals.
·Strong ability utilizing internal proprietary software database, Staff Suite and client’s applicant tracking system, Taleo.
