•Structural Analysis & Design of the building with different flooring systems such as Flat Slab, Flat Plate, RC & Post tension beam Slab system.
•Designing of Heavy transfer Beams to cater for the High Rise building loads.
•Design for the Pre-Stress & Post tension beams & Slabs.
•Plate Analysis and design for the raft foundation and for General Floor Level.
•Earthquake, Gravity, Notional & Wind Load Analysis for the building.
•Earthquake Resistant Design and detailing of Connections.
•Detail analysis and design for the steel and composite structures.
•Analysis and design for the raft foundation and check allowable versus actual soil bearing pressure using safe analysis.
•Analysis and Design for the temporary earth retaining system for 4 basements such as 700 dia secant piles with 2 levels of steel struts and waler beam support using Plaxis software and 500 thk RC retaining wall as permanent system.
•Analysis and design for the foundation system, raft foundation with settlement piles used to enhance the stiffness of soil including tension piles for the podium area and check allowable versus actual soil bearing pressure using safe analysis.
•Analysis and design of 1m thk Diaphragm wall, together with steel struts, waler beams and post and ground anchors as a temporary supporting system for 4 basements using plaxis software and 500thk RC retaining wall as permanent retaining system.
•Slope stability analysis using Slope W, slope terrain analysis.
•As a consultant Designer inspection to be carried out during critical stage such as deep basement, foundation, transfer beams construction and resolve the technical issues on site.
•Cover the duty of Resident Engineer during his absence and supervise the whole site.
•Monitoring and Review for the Soil instrumentation or investigation works.
•Monitor project status, authority submission requirement and ensure timely drawing implementation in assigned projects.
