* Analyzed skills inventories + crafted organizational development & training plans; conducted salary planning & cost projections; responsible for investigating & responding to employee grievances, sexual harassment & EEO charges; managed employee corrective action, performance improvement plans, terminations & disciplinary actions
* Worked very collaboratively with MCI’s Compensation Department to analyze, craft, and execute salary transactions & job offers utilizing appropriate compensation management criteria and guidelines
* Recruited 500+ technologists; sales; and, marketing professionals
