Title: Prevention Outreach Specialist
GENERAL SUMMARY
Responsible for implementation of culturally competent HIV prevention programs including individual and group outreach, Community Based Counseling and Testing, and Health Communication/Public Information events for priority populations in York, Chester, and Lancaster County. Responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information about HIV prevention. Participates in Continuous Quality Improvement activities of the organization.
