Obtain, enter, and verify customer information. Answer questions, resolve issues, explain sales features or offer additional products and/or services. Provide exceptional customer service. Use data entry to enter and submit customer’s personal information for orders and inquiries. Confirm social security numbers, credit card information, etc for various clients’ customers. Understand, use, and apply the HIPPA Act when taking all orders/inquiries. Receive various orders/inquiries/complaints from a wide variety of companies such as Aetna, Time Life, Diabetes Direct, AARP, USA Medical, Thane, and Various Banks. Sales opportunities with possible rebuttals on every call.
