I am a seasoned banking professional, who started out in the mail room of a regional bank while attending college, joined the bank's internal Credit Intern program, became an inhouse credit examiner/auditor and later advanced to senior level positions in the commercial loan and credit administration arena.

I'm creative and innovative, a self starter, intelligent, and have a very good sense of humor. I like being around people and I have many friends who are either young or old, small or large, and smart or smarter. I enjoy helping and mentoring people.

I surround myself with intelligent, humorous, quick-witted, diverse, and interesting people, from whom I can learn and grow. I am the principal of a commercial credit outsourcing business on the Suncoast of Florida.

My achievements range from developing, implementing, and supervising Credit Departments in Commercial banks, to reaching the position of Chief Credit Officer. In addition, I was successful in establishing and chairing an International Trade Committee that brought together local US companies, in the Pacific Northwest, with foreign businesses in China, Hong Kong, Tiawan, and Russia, to begin a dialog for exchanging products and services on an international basis.

I have an extensive lending career, where I was consistantly a top loan producer and won several achievement awards. I was an Executive Director of a Revolving Loan Fund, financed by the U.S. Treasury Department to help 'start-up' and 'emerging' businesses expand, thus creating new jobs in high unemployment areas, while promoting the Loan Fund through community presentations and solicitation of financial support.

In senior lending positions, I was involved in dealing with more complex loan relationships, thus developing cross-selling skills, which allowed me to retain 85% of my customer base.

My current goal is to continue developing a client base whose credit department needs are fully met by LTA's (Lenders Technical Assistance) comprehensive list of services.
