Maintaining the Program’s assets register, assisting with I.T maintenance and troubleshooting (wireless connectivity, internet and printing issues, mapping network drives, MS. Office applications support, Windows 2000/XP/Vista support), preparing financial requisitions and acquittals, answering phone calls, binding, photocopying, errands, sorting out mails, in-charge for the upkeep and smooth running of office vehicles, and arranging of Program supplies and services. I also developed and implemented a network based centralized database (in MS Access platform using SQL queries) which is now being used throughout the Program and has been recognized as a key improvement in information management.
